The combination of these two elements produces a magnet with high corrosion resistance, improved operating temperature up to 250-500°C, and pull force as required by customers. Manufacturing process for magnets (outline):

1 Mixing 1.Mix the ingredients.  
2 Melting 2.Dissolve the mixture at high temperature and prepare an alloy.  
3 Fine pulverization 3.Turn the alloy into fine powder.  
4 Molding in a magnetic field 4.When pressing the fine powder, apply a magnetic field to it and prepare a molded product of powder with aligned directions of magnetization.  
 
5 Sintering and heat treatment 5.Sinter the product at about 1,200℃, and then subject it to heat treatment at about 1000℃ to increase its magnetic characteristics.  
 
6 Processing 6.Process the manufactured magnet base material and finish it into the product shape.  
7 Magnetization 7. Surface-treat it for rustproofing
